2003-2009 Faculty Contract
July 2003 - June 2009 Agreement between the University of Hawaii Professional Assembly (UHPA) and the University of Hawaii Board of Regents (UH-BOR). Per Article XXX, Duration, if a successor agreement cannot be reached, the current language of the Agreement shall continue in force and effect. This language was confirmed by former Associate Supreme Court Justice Mario Ramil on 7/20/09 that the language did establish an "evergreen clause," which continues the contract provisions.
